Zippo® Pocket Lighters are 100% guaranteed.  If you have any problems with your new Zippo brand lighter product please email us as soon as possible.  A product can be returned but it must be in new condition and in the original packaging.  We will not be obligated to accept any returns submitted more than 60 days after shipment.  You must first acquire a return authorization (RA) number that will be assigned to you, this will be included when we return your email.  The RA number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paper work.  Return authorization number's are valid for a period of 30 days from date of issue.  We will include the shipping address that needs to be clearly printed on your return as well.  The shipping cost will be your responsibility.  Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Again, a product must be recieved by us in original condition and packaging within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.  If there are any questions please don't hesitate to email us at Returns@zippyziplighters.com, any time and we will get back to you within 24 hours.  As always, Zippo lighters have a lifetime warrenty on all Zippo Pocket lighters, it is included with your Zippo brand lighter!
